1997 – Dave Savage delivered Jamacha to Pacifica for $1,130,000

2005 – Dave assisted Pacifica to sell 3 properties, including The Woods, to his trusted client and investment partner, Rodney Johnson, for $2,560,000

2013 – He then delivered it to our clients Jonathan and Bob for $3,850,000

2024 – On October 30, 2024 it sold for $9,100,000

During the most recent ownership, our clients saw an increase of value of 81% in 11 years, for an average of 7.36% annually, exceeding the county average rate of appreciation of 4-6%.

My firm jokes that investors can throw a dart at a map of San Diego County and wherever it lands it will be a success in the long run — and this rings true for our clients here!
