The above buyer was represented by Terry Moore CCIM of ACI, as part of a 1031 tax deferred exchange. The seller, 2009 Oliver Avenue LLC, from San Diego, was represented by Chris Robinson, Ken Herskind and Dylan Wright of ACRE Commercial.
