The buyer was represented by Kelly O’Connor of ACI and the sellers, Richard Salkin, Karen Salkin, Beverly M Holtz, and Lois C Holtz all of Oceanside, were represented by Merrick Matricardi of CBRE.

The property, which consists of 10 residential and 11,000 square feet of commercial spaces, was built in 1975 and sold for $180,556 per unit. The property is just a short distance from the Crouch Street Sprinter station connecting the property to many parts of San Diego County.
