Education: Keith graduated from San Diego State University in 1992 with a degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Real Estate and Finance.
Background: A principal at ACI, Keith has 20 years’ experience in the real estate business, with special expertise in marketing, negotiating offers and analyzing investment real estate. Keith also manages and has ownership interests in apartment, industrial and office buildings, which allows him to offer this additional experience and perspective to his clients.
Specialty: Keith specializes in the representation of sellers and buyers of investment real estate, with a special emphasis in the sale of apartment communities, condo conversions, triple net and tenant-in-common properties.
Business Philosophy: My approach with clients involves a systematic marketing plan that fully exposes a property to all investment property brokers, investors, and 1031 exchange buyers in the marketplace. Through maximum exposure of the property, we ensure that our clients receive the highest possible price for their property. Our commitment is to put the interest of our clients above all else.
For more than 30 years I have been in business. Sometimes two or three different businesses at the same time. I know great service when I see it. In every one of my businesses we have always aimed for the best. It is hard for any group to continually deliver great service. This letter is to thank you and your team for doing what needed to be done, and doing it very well. You did what you promised. That is too rare in business these days.
I remember when you first came to our house and told us the truth about what our property was worth then. We did not like the truth, but we did appreciate that you were honest with us… You agreed to list the property when the other listing failed. Within a month you brought in three offers. We are closing the property for more than list price and selling the property as-is without having to do any fix-up. That is amazing!
