Education: Chuck holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Administration from Northwestern University.

Background: A co-founder ACI in 1982, Chuck has worked hard to build it into San Diego’s premier investment property brokerage firm. During his career, he has completed numerous multi-property exchanges and won several industry awards. A recognized leader within commercial real estate, Chuck is the past president of the San Diego Association of Realtors, past president of the San Diego County Apartment Association, and past president of the California Apartment Association.

Specialty: Chuck specializes in apartment sales, exchanges, and triple net properties.

Sales Record: Since 2004, the Hoffman team has closed more than $100 million in investment property sales.
