Sold – 5 Unit In Imperial Beach for $850,000

SAN DIEGO, February 23, 2016 – ACI Apartments is pleased to announce the recent sale of a 5 unit apartment complex in Imperial Beach, CA. The 3,696 square foot property situated on a 16,000 square foot lot located at 1337-43 Holly Avenue, was purchased by Silo Properties, LLC of Chula Vista for $850,000.

The seller, The Calvin Hammick Family Trust of Point Loma was represented by Norm Root of ACI, and the buyer was represented by Floriana Lo Sapio of San Diego Better Homes. The property sold all cash with no lender involved. Escrow was handled by Teresa McElaney of Chicago Title Company. Jamie Nalley of Chicago Title handled the title insurance.

This investment property consisted of a 2BR/1BA house, 4 1 bedroom units and a separate laundry facility in a park like setting.  The units did have a fair degree of deferred maintenance which resulted in a large credit being applied to get to the final purchase price.
