SAN DIEGO – ACI Apartments is pleased to announce the recent sale of a 14 -unit complex in Lakeside.  The 14,180 square foot property, located at 12645 Laurel Street, was purchased by The Michael Chasin and Stacey Coleman Family Trust for $1,850,000.

Terry Moore CCIM of ACI represented The Michael Chasin and Stacey Coleman Family Trust as part of their 1031 exchange. This is the eighth transaction that Moore has done with Chasin/Coleman. The Seller is an agent and represented themselves.

The superior condition property consists of fourteen 2bd/2ba units and was built in 1984.
