Development land in Little Italy sold for $2,000,000

The below press release is from March 27,2015:

SAN DIEGO – ACI Commercial is pleased to announce the recent sale of a 10,000 square foot lot in Little Italy. The property, located at 2148 India street, was purchased by HG Fenton Property Company for $2,000,000.

The seller, the Wilson and Stodelle Family Trusts, were represented by Norm Root of ACI, and the buyer was represented by Victor Krebs or Colliers International. Escrow was handled by Teresa McElaney of Chicago Title Company and title insurance also was handled by Chicago Title company.

This investment property is located at the southwest corner of India and Ivy Streets near San Diego harbor. Zoning allows mixed use developments in this area with office or retail development on the ground floor and residential above.

ACI is the most successful income property brokerage firm in the county. Since 1982, they have specialized in apartment and investment property transactions, and maintained a solid performance despite changing economic cycles. With an average of more than 140 closed escrows per year, ACI has closed more San Diego County income property escrows than any other firm in the county – that’s more properties than the number two and number three firms combined.
