ACI Apartments is pleased to announce the recent sale of a 4 unit complex in the Logan Heights neighborhood of the City of San Diego. The 4,144 square foot property, located at 423-429 Gloria Street, was purchased by Ronald S. Olsen for $689,000.

Terry Moore CCIM of ACI represented the San Diego seller, Mark H. Nys and Maria E. Luoni, as part of a 1031 tax deferred exchange. The San Diego buyer, Ronald S. Olsen was represented by Carole Waldchen of Berkshire Hathaway.

The property, with views to the Coronado Bridge, consists of four spacious 2bd/1ba units and an open yard on the back of the property. Gated access adds to the appeal. Owner restuccoed and added vinyl windows within the last three years.
