SAN DIEGO April 8, 2016 – ACI Apartments is pleased to announce the recent sale of an 18 unit complex in El Cajon. The 16,632 square foot property, located at 1076 S. Magnolia Avenue was purchased by The Chasin Coleman Family Trust for $3,000,000.

Terry Moore CCIM of ACI represented the Tierrasanta buyer, The Chasin Coleman Trust, as part of a 1031 tax deferred exchange. Moore has done several other transactions with this investor. The San Diego based seller, DWS Properties LLC was represented by Tom McCartin and Aaron Bove of Marcus & Millichap.

The garden style apartments consist of all spacious 2bd/2ba units, seven of which have been completely renovated. The grounds of the complex are professionally landscaped and the property also features a common area with a small playground, on-site laundry facility and ample resident parking.
