ACI Apartments is pleased to announce the recent sale of a 15 unit complex in San Diego. The 12,502 square foot property, located at 4055 48th Street, was purchased by Travis Pearson for $2,182,500, who was represented by Chris Robinson of Acre Commercial, Inc.

The seller, 48th Street Partners LLC, was represented by Chris Siedenburg of ACI Apartments, Inc. Escrow was handled by Janine Allen of The Lococo Group, Chicago Title Escrow. Curtis Taplin of Fidelity National Title handled the title insurance.

This investment property is located just North of University Avenue, between Euclid Avenue and Estrella Avenue. Built in 1971, this pride of ownership complex consists of six 2-bedroom 2-bath and nine 1-bedroom 1-bath. It is a garden style property including a gated courtyard with community-use planter boxes, spacious floor plans, concrete driveways, lush landscaping, and on-site laundry facilities.
