Norm Root

Norm Root was referred to me through a third party, and it was one of the best referrals I have ever received. In our first meeting, I told Norm I was a novice investor, and the type of investment I was hoping to find. He patiently went through the basics; and advised me that finding the kind of property I wanted was going to be a process. He was right. It was a process; but with his help, I found exactly what I was looking for. Throughout our entire time, Norm was a consummate professional. He was always available, never rushed me, and even warned me of several properties that we visited. In the end we found a good property, in a good location, at a good price; and Norm was there every step of the way. He made sure the property was thoroughly checked out, helped find a manager, and even managed to get a price reduction from the seller. It has been three years since I purchased my Pacific Beach property; and Norm has made sure we stay in touch. He is always available if I have a question; and he looks in on my property on a regular basis.
