Background: Prior to joining ACI, Benjamin built a strong reputation as a professional with extensive sales and property renovation experience. In previous positions, Benjamin received much acclaim for building strong relationships with clients and garnering top sales for his division. He then received extensive training as a landlord for large scale apartment complexes, learning how to minimize expenses and maximize NOI. He has used these experiences to perfect his skills as a specialist in the identification of “Value Add” properties, quickly assessing the major problems that would prevent the sale of an asset. Once the property is assessed, he has the knowledge and vision to see the full potential of a given investment and has the resources to make things happen. He brings this extensive expertise into each transaction, helping clients identify their investment goals and strategizing their move toward financial independence.
Client Philosophy: By effectively communicating the sale strategy at each step of a transaction, I work to ensure investors realize that with me they are in good hands. Some people simply need a professional to guide them through a sale. However, many also have a hard time coping with change, often fearing the unknowns that can arise from real estate investing. Let’s face it, selling your property and not knowing what you will exchange into is the scariest part of a sale. My goal is to help these clients realize the full potential of their income property and help them overcome that fear.
