ACI Apartments is pleased to announce the recent sale of a 6-unit complex in National City, CA. The 3,400 square foot property, located at 1724-40 J Avenue, was purchased by Incepcion Mia, LLC for $695,000.

The seller, IRA Services Trust Company, was represented by Jorge Jimenez of Marcus & Millichap, and the buyer was represented by Terry Taylor of ACI Apartments. The loan amount was $485,000 by The Loan Company. Escrow was handled by Teresa McElaney of Chicago Title. Chicago Title also handled the title insurance.

This investment property is located in southern National City at the corner of 18^th Street and J Avenue. Built in 1939, this property consists of 3-1 Bedroom/1 Bath Houses and a triplex with 3-1Br/1Ba Units. The current rents are low.
