9 Units in San Diego Sold for $1,059,000

SAN DIEGO – ACI Apartments is pleased to announce the recent sale of a 9 unit complex in the neighborhood of El Cajon, City of San Diego. The 5,964 square foot property, located at 621-637 Grape Street, was purchased by Horizon Capital Management, LP for $1,059,000.

Terry Moore CCIM of ACI represented the Seller, The Stanley and Ankica Toncich Family Trust. Moore represented the Toncich Trust when they bought the asset for $760,000 in 2012. Seller did almost $100,000 of upgrades during their ownership. Curt Allen also of ACI represented the Buyer.

The property has four 1bd/1ba units, three 2bd/1ba units and two 2bd/2ba units and is located on a cul-de-sac with abundant parking.
