SAN DIEGO – ACI Apartments is pleased to announce the recent sale of an 8 unit complex in San Diego. The 4,000 square foot property, located at 4913-4923 ½ Saratoga Ave, was purchased by the Mincks Family Trust for $1,875,000.
The seller, the Shelton Family Survivors Trust, were represented by Dave Savage & Mark Morgan of ACI, and the buyer was represented by Chris Siedenburg, also of ACI. Escrow was handled by Samantha Maestas of Fidelity Title. Curt Taplin of Fidelity Title handled the title insurance.
This investment property is located just west of Sunset Cliffs Blvd. between Santa Monica Ave. and Cape May Ave. two blocks from Ocean Beach Park. Built in 1958, this complex consists of eight 1 bedroom, 1 bath cottage-style units in two buildings. A third building houses eight separate garages.
