6 units in Mid-City area Sold for $1,200,000

ACI Apartments is pleased to announce the recent sale of six units in the Mid-City/Teralta East area neighborhood of San Diego. The 2,759 square foot property situated on a 3,045 square foot lot located at 4045 North 47th Street was purchased by the Steve Fitch Trust, of Massachusetts for $1,200,000.
The buyer was represented by Terry Moore CCIM of ACI. The seller, Erik Barrientos Ortega Trust and Bertran B. Ortega from San Diego, were represented by Ryan Anderson of R.L.M. Equities.
The 1985 property consists of four 1/bd/1ba units and two studio/1ba units. There property had a new roof installed two years ago and some units have been upgraded to include granite counter tops, new cabinets and vinyl wood flooring. There is rent upside potential by making additional upgrades to the property.
