4 units in Oceanside Sold for $825,000

ACI Apartments is pleased to announce the recent sale of a 4 unit complex in the City of Oceanside. The 3,756 square foot property, located at 1310 Division Street, was purchased by WSC Investment Partners LLC for $825,000.

Terry Moore CCIM of ACI represented the San Diego seller, The Marina Cubillos Family Trust, as part of a 1031 tax deferred exchange. The San Diego buyer, WSC Investment Partners LLC was represented by Robert Vallera and Matt Kennedy of Voit Real Estate Services.

The superior unit mix property consists of all 2bd/1ba units and four garages and is located west of Interstate 5.
