Below is a press release from February 5, 2015:

SAN DIEGO – ACI Apartments is pleased to announce the recent sale of a 3 unit complex in the City of San Diego. The 2,431 square foot property, located at 2666-2670 Dove Street, was purchased by The Donald R. Heye Trust and the Paula Greening Heye Trust for $765,000.
Terry Moore CCIM of ACI represented the Seller, James S. Graham, Trustee for the Robert H. Stickel Trust. The Donald R. Heye Trust and Paula Greening Heye Trust were not represented by an agent.

The classic 1930’s property consists of three vintage two bedroom, one bath cottages and four garages. The property has built in ironing boards, a dairy pass-through in the kitchens, bullnose corners interior and exterior and the bathrooms have original glass block walls. It is truly a diamond in the rough with original doors, hardwood floors and more. ACI had more than 60 buyers interested and the new owner plans to do massive renovations.

ACI is the most successful income property brokerage firm in the county. Since 1982, they have specialized in apartment and investment property transactions, and maintained a solid performance despite changing economic cycles. With an average of more than 140 closed escrows per year, ACI has closed more San Diego County income property escrows than any other firm in the county – that’s more properties than the number two and number three firms combined.
