ACI Apartments is pleased to announce the recent sale of a 20-unit complex in San Diego. The 14,000 square foot property, located at 4130 38th Street, was purchased by HS Partners LLC for $3,000,000.
The seller, 38th Street Partners LLC, was represented by Chris Siedenburg of ACI and the buyer was represented by Robert Vallera of Voit Commercial. Escrow was handled by Janine Allen of Chicago Title. Curtis Taplin of Fidelity National Title handled the title insurance.
