The subject property, which currently contains a trucking school and a single-family residence, sold for $2,640,000 and will be redeveloped as a 110,000sqft self-storage facility.

The property was purchased Frontera Real Estate who was represented by Arby Eivazian of ACI. The seller, Fass Properties, Inc. was also represented by Mr. Eivazian.

The property is located along Campo Road, with direct driving access to the beginning of The Martin Luther King Jr. Freeway, known locally as Highway 94. Previous ownership of the lot belonged to Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. in a bid to serve the community of Rancho San Diego. In addition to being a short distance from the Rancho San Diego Town Center, the lot is also within proximity of Cuyamaca Community College.
