SAN DIEGO – September 20, 2016 – ACI Apartments is pleased to announce the recent sale of a 10 unit complex in the Escondido neighborhood of the City of San Diego. The 7,680 square foot property situated on a 24,583 square foot lot at 520-530 S. Tulip Street, was purchased by Snider Property #2, LLC for $1,887,500.

The above buyer was represented by Terry Moore CCIM of ACI. Moore has done several other transactions with this buyer. The seller, The Tulip Street LLC, of Colorado, was represented by Craig Stewart and Chase Sandrik of ACRE Commercial.
